Corporal Thom Kobe was an trooper in Mobile Infantry and member and Radio Operator of Bravo Six.
History[]
Kobe and his squad were sent on a mission on Zulu Alpha, along with General Jack Gordon Shepherd and his division. There they were eventually attacked, and surrounded by bugs. The bugs were quickly overwhelming them. In the midst of a failing battle Kobe was frantically trying to contact the Fleet, call for backup, and request evac with Dill constantly hurrying him up. After sometime, Kobe succeeded, but they were denied and told to hold the line. Kobe, Dill, and Rake went with it to Shepherd and Kobe told him that they were denied. Dill sensed the incoming storm, and warned them about it. Kobe was the one who informed them about the Hotel Delta 1-8-5 and Shepherd ordered everyone to retreat to it while he himself with a few troopers stayed behind to cover the retreat. They managed to make it to the outpost just as the storm was about to engulf it. When Otter was blown away from the outpost by the wind, Kobe caught and saved him. However, as he was helping Otter get through the storm, he didn't notice a Warrior Bug that approached him from behind and stabbed him through the back, breaking his radio in process. Rake, Horton, Tor and Brick came to their aid, and drove the warrior off with rifle fire. Horton, and Tor then picked up and carried Kobe in the outpost, but he eventually died from massive blood loss with Tor serenading and mourning him.
