Amy Snapp

Amy Snapp is the youngest Sky Marshal of the United Citizen Federation.

History[]

At only 26 years of age, Amy Snapp was able to rise to the position of Sky Marshal due to her genius-level intelligence and political savvy.

In an effort to put down rising separatist sentiments on the planet Mars, Snapp secretly orchestrated an Arachnid ambush and infestation on the planet. She also had planned to ultimately destroy the planet with a Q Bomb.

After her scheme was foiled by Carl Jenkins, Carmen Ibanez, and Johnny Rico, she was temporarily relieved of her command. After the incident, Johnny exposed the truth to one of his soldiers, and the information eventually leaked out, and Snapp's future was cast into doubt. Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars

Personality[]

Amy Snapp is a sly, vain, and confident young woman who hates losing. She perceives the position of Sky Marshall as means of becoming the most famous person in the universe thus dismissive to responsibilities that comes from it. In her relish of being in the center of attention, Amy Snapp proves herself ruthless to get what she wants, including ensuring a Bug infestation on a planet and then removing it from the face of the universe all just to keep her ratings.

Unfortunately, Amy Snapp lacks sufficient maturity and insight to be a proper master manipulator and mastermind like her renegade predecessor Omar Anoke did, let alone reinforcing the very untouchable and flawless image she built upon herself. In addition of throwing tantrums/dramatically panicking when injured or things don't go in the way she wants, she fails to fully consider every possibilities while carrying out her plans good and bad, let alone improvising. Not surprisingly, such flaws spelled her downfall as she never expected Carl to be already a step ahead of her every single time and worse, Johnny had one of his subordinates exposed her true colors to the public.
